Rapamune Solution

The immunosuppressant Rapamune® (sirolimus) comes in two forms: a tablet and an oral solution (liquid). Each form is taken by mouth once a day, preferably at the same time each day. This helps keep an even level of the medication in your bloodstream.

If you are using the oral solution form of Rapamune, mix it with water or orange juice immediately before you take your dose. To help ensure your safety, be sure to follow the specific instructions that came with your prescription to correctly prepare and take your dose.
