Kidneys Home > Enlitea

Were you looking for more information about Inlyta? Enlitea is a common misspelling of Inlyta.
Available by prescription only, Inlyta® (axitinib) is a medication approved for slowing down the progression of advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) in adults who have not adequately responded to at least one other kidney cancer medication. Possible side effects of this drug may include nausea, diarrhea, and fatigue.
Inlyta comes in the form of a tablet that is taken twice a day, with 12 hours between doses. Your specific dosage will depend on how you respond to the medicine, other medications you are taking, and other factors.
(Click Inlyta for more information on what this medication is used for, potential side effects, and what your healthcare provider needs to know before you start treatment. You can also click any of the links in the box to the right for specific information.)
