On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Epogen for something other than the uses discussed in this article. At this time, treatment for the following conditions are considered off-label Epogen uses:
 
  • Anemia in premature infants
  • Severe orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure when standing up).
